“Now is the moment of power” Kahuna teachings
Another island adventure, with a glorious week to immerse ourselves deep in movement practice and the beautiful waters of Lake Narie in Poland.
Simply being present with this moment, right now. This is it. Though it’s not always easy to be that simple, especially when we dance. Through the rhythms our experience with the moment becomes so vivid that it can be almost brutal at times, stripping our masks and demanding that we go to depths way beyond our comfort zones.
Then before we know it we’re caught up in an extraordinary bliss, turning the world into rainbows.
Another day everything is totally ordinary: just taking a step, taking a breath, no drama.
The dance is an ongoing birth-life-death-birth- process, each turn of the wheel completely unique, asking for our creative engagement and loving, in the spirit of wild and true freedom. In this way we are presented with gateway after gateway in motion, endlessly unfolding our potential. The rhythms cut through everything: into the present moment over and over again to be here, NOW.
