Whatever shape you’re in or state you’re in, it’s good to move. The 5 Rhythms are a simple, direct and powerful practice designed to free the body, open the heart and get you in touch with your intuition, creativity and vitality.
This is not a dance class – it’s a meditation that asks for your sweat and your heat as well as your awareness. There are no steps to learn, just the space to be yourself, with lots of good music from world beats to trance to love songs. Your opportunity is to allow the body to move in it’s own way, and your learning is to be yourself again: to listen to your instincts and trust that part of you that is already spontaneous and free.
Total beginner or lifelong pilgrim, you’re welcome.
