An opportunity to reset, particularly giving space to the swirling aftermath of fires and floods that many are dealing with right now.
We are immensely and deeply affected by what’s going on globally, from the devices in our hands to news of vast change that comes through them. A practice which embraces both the personal and the collective can help.
Movement practice can be brought to focus, and serve the needs of this time, for us all to find our ground, to centre, to connect to the human scale of things again.
ZeroOne in practice:
. . . integrating movement and awareness
. . . . . through the fertile fullness of the body in motion, that is One
. . . . . . . together with the silent presence of Spirit, that is Zero
The body and the breath are a constantly interchanging presence, co-creating experience from moment to moment. We allow life to have its wild and natural expression through movement — releasing feelings, opening minds and healing hurts — all the while staying aware of awareness itself, sensing the stillpoint inside dance, listening to the silence that is carried on the wings of the breath.
Now is the moment of power.
