An online weekend of dance and truth-seeking, to make the most of this astonishing situation we find ourselves in.

The great gift of Zoom workshops is that it’s easier for each of you to go through a specific individual journey. You are less influenced by the group than if we were all in the same room, yet you also have the support and guidance to find depth and intensity in ways that would not be possible alone.

Friday — LISTENING — using movement to journey into the underground of yourself, where new growth is already happening below the level of everyday awareness. Through this, you find your own specific personal intention for the journey ahead.

Saturday — ENGAGING — take that intention and work with it, using the power of fully embodied presence through movement to allow change and growth to naturally emerge.

Sunday — INTEGRATING — how can you make space for this new growth? How does this affect the way you move? What steps could you take to integrate what you’ve found into your daily life?

As ever, this is a voyage into the unknown, being willing to step in with open arms, open eyes, and an open heart, none of which is about being ‘nice’ or ‘good’. It’s about being real: willing to touch the dark as well as the light. Real resources for life in a time of radical transformation.

Practicals:

All sessions will be held via Zoom. All times are London-based (see here for your timezone)

Friday 19th March, 6-8.30pm: Listening

Saturday 20th, 3.30-7.30pm: Engaging

Sunday 21st, 3.30-6.30pm: Integrating

 

To take part in this event, you will need:

  • The understanding that you are responsible for your physical, emotional and mental well-being during and after this event. 
  • The ability and resources to integrate the possibility of strong emotional experience, which may be within yourself, or through access to support from friends, family or professionals. 
  • Good internet connection via laptop or notebook if possible (with a phone, the screen size will make it harder for you to interact with us). Some external speakers would also enhance your sonic experience — highly recommended!
